Sustainability plays an important role in the textile industry, where many natural resources are used, from cotton to yarn, from amount of water and electricity to be used in all production processes. Considering the future’s potential limited sources, with fast consumptions and more productions, sustainability should be the key objective for all production companies.

At HNC Clothing, we focus on continous development as the integral part our facilities and make investments on sustainability. We take care of human rights, health and safety, environment and waste management, efficient use of materials in every step of production.

The employees regularly gets trainings on their rights, responsibilties, health and safety procedures.

Being a BSCI member since our foundation, we do care of our employees rights, their needs, suggestions and complaints. Meetings and discussions with elected employee’s representatives are regulary carried out, and surveys are made. Our strategy is that “happy employees bring satisfied and happy customers”.
