At HNC Clothing, we produce and finish high quality fabrics with our expert knowledge of raw materials and technology.

Each month, at least 20 tonnes of fabrics are dyed and finished. When the fabrics arrive into our warehouse, they are checked and some tests are carried out in house.

All the fabrics are tested at our laboratory before production. Physical tests such as dimensional stability and twisting after washing, pilling, rubbing, colour fastness, pH values, are made to get high quality for our customers.

All the patterns for each size are controlled according to approved sample and measurement charts, and necessary amendments on the patterns are made before cutting, in case of any comments received from the customer.

After cutting, the panels are sent to printhouse or embroideryhouse. All printed or embroidered panels are controlled by our QC people before bulk sewing, defected ones are removed.

During bulk sewing, the QC people make in-line inspections, they check the whole apperance of the garments , take the measurements and check the consistency with approved measurement chart.

After bulk sewing, all the garments are checked piece by piece, the QC people do control the whole apperance and remove the defected ones from the bulk shipment (holes, dirts, sewing defects, print/embroidery defects, measurement defects and so on). One of our QC people also make a final control after ironing of the garments before packing.

Once completed, the packed garments are independently checked according to AQL 2.5 /4.0 standards. In the meantime, One sample from bulk production is also sent to customer (shipment sample and after the approval, the goods are shipped.
